Drop in class on 'ancient wisdom for modern times'

Eight Steps to Happiness is a Wednesday evening class for those wishing to learn more about Buddhism without having to take on the commitments involved with our Foundation Programme.

The teacher, Dan Beenham, has been practising and teaching about meditation and Buddhism for over 15 years. His teachings are very clear and full of humour

Class fee is £6.00 (concessions* £5.00), class cards are available at a 20% discount.

Each class covers Buddhist topics such as karma, rebirth and ultimate truth. It is a great place to start if you wish to deepen your understanding of Buddhism.

The class consists of two short guided meditations and a teaching from the "How to Transform Your Life" and "Modern Buddhism" books.

Everyone is welcome to attend these classes.
