Chanted Meditations
Chanted meditations, known as ‘pujas,’ help us to develop and maintain a positive mind, and are a powerful preparation for meditation. They are special methods for purifying negativity, accumulating merit and receiving blessings.
Everyone is welcome to attend our chanted meditation sessions (only exception is Dakini Yoga - for HYT practioners only). Please check our calendar for dates and times.
