Courses, Workshops & Day Retreats
The following courses, workshops and day retreats are held at Amoghasiddhi Centre. They provide special opportunities to deepen our understanding of particular aspects of the Buddhist way of life. They are also a great way to meet others who are trying to integrate these understandings into their daily lives. Everyone is welcome.

Learn to Meditate in Half a Day – Workshop
Saturday 11th February, 10am – 1pm
In just one morning, learn the basics of meditation and get a taste of its many benefits. The morning includes guided meditations, question and answer, and a light brunch.

Saturdays 3rd March & 28th April, 10am – 1pm

In these meditation workshops, learn how to eliminate worry and develop a healthy and balanced attitude towards life’s ups and downs, one that makes us stable, confident, and happy.
Each workshop includes a guided meditation, discussion, question and answer, and a light brunch.

If we’ve ever wondered why some people seem to be blessed with a lot of luck, while our own is in short supply, then this day course will give us the answers we are looking for. Buddha explained how we are the source of our own good fortune or karma, and showed us how to increase our luck and happiness, while avoiding the causes of any misfortune.
