These weekly drop in meditation classes offer the chance to learn how to make our mind become calm and peaceful through guided meditation and practical Buddhist wisdom. 

Each class is self contained with two guided meditations, some simple instructions on how to meditate and a chance to discuss and ask questions, all in the comfort of a chair.
