Meditation & Buddhism in Norfolk and Suffolk

Foundation Programme

with Resident Teacher Adam Starr

The Foundation Program provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism and meditation through a systematic study of six texts. It is designed for those people who wish to study Buddha's teachings in more depth than is available at General programme classes. It takes a more structured approach and classes consist of teachings, discussions, chanted prayers and guided meditations.

Amoghasiddhi Centre Foundation Programme are currently studying "Meaningful to Behold." This inspiring book gives a practical and uplifting explanation of how we can become a friend of the world and transform all our daily activities into opportunities for personal and spiritual development.

Foundation programme fee is £35 per month. This fee also entitles students to free entry to all other classes, day courses and empowerments at Amoghasiddhi Centre.
