Foundation Programme
Mondays and Tuesdays 7pm to 9pm
with Resident Teacher Adam Starr
The Foundation Program provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism and meditation through a systematic study of six texts. It is designed for those people who wish to study Buddha's teachings in more depth than is available at General programme classes. It takes a more structured approach and classes consist of teachings, discussions, chanted prayers and guided meditations.
Amoghasiddhi Centre Foundation Programme are currently studying "Meaningful to Behold." This inspiring book gives a practical and uplifting explanation of how we can become a friend of the world and transform all our daily activities into opportunities for personal and spiritual development.
Foundation programme fee is £35 per month. This fee also entitles students to free entry to all other classes, day courses and empowerments at Amoghasiddhi Centre. If you would like to try a free two-week trial or would like more information about Foundation Programme please contact Sam Barnes (Education Programme Co-ordinator at Amoghasiddhi Centre.), email: education@amoghasiddhi.org.uk or phone: 01953 451937.
