Foundation Programme
Study... Meditate... Grow

Free Introductory Talk: Sunday 12th February, 9:30 - 11:30am
Followed by the first class, 12:15 - 1:45pm
The Foundation Programme (FP) provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism and meditation through a systematic study of six texts. It is designed for those people who wish to study Buddha's teachings in greater depth than is available in our General Programme (Simply Meditate) classes. This programme is structured with teachings, discussions, chanted prayers and guided meditations based on the text of study. Join us for this free introductory talk to learn more about the programme.
