Meditation classes
in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex
The purpose of
meditation is to make our mind peaceful by familiarising our
mind with positive and happy states. The more positive or
virtuous our mind, the calmer and more peaceful it becomes.
Our drop-in classes
are suitable for both the beginner and more experienced practitioner
alike. They are a perfect introduction to Buddhist meditation
and positive thinking.
