These Buddhist retreats allow us to step out of our normal routine, and foster extraordinary minds of great peace and inner strength. Each retreat helps us make progress on a particular aspect of our spiritual path.
Amitayus Retreat
Saturday, 25th February - Sunday, 26th February
To overcome the obstacles preventing us from taking the essence of this precious human life we need to increase our lifespan and our wisdom, and the principle method for doing this is the yoga of Buddha Amitayus. This yoga is also a special method for increasing our good fortune, known as merit.

Refuge Retreat
Saturday 24th March - Sunday 25th March
When we experience problems and difficulties we seek protection from this suffering. However, the protection we find in the world is at best temporary and new problems soon arrive. By turning to Buddha and his profound teachings, and following the example of experienced practitioners, a special refuge can be developed in our mind that provides us lasting protection.

Guru Yoga Mandala Offering Retreat
Saturday 2nd June - Sunday 3rd June
Guru Yoga is a special way of relying upon our spiritual teacher. Through relying upon a spiritual teacher we can make swift progress along the path to Buddhahood. In this retreat we can develop the inner causes to make deep spiritual progress by make special offerings and requests.
